Nothing new.

I know who I'm voting for. I watch the debate to remind myself why I'm voting for Obama and why I'm voting against McCain. Last night was case in point. No need for a 3rd debate recap. If I could get on the BYU soap box and talk about why I'm supporting Obama, I would. Obama is better for our country. We need a President who can change America and change the world.

McCain's low point tonight (hard to pick just one):

I laughed out loud. Is he serious? "Health" of the mother. I know my abortion position is foreign to just about all of my friends in the church, so I'm not going to go down this road, but McCain is insulting. One of my favorite websites summed it up this way: “Health, what is that malarkey, this ‘health of the mother’ is some crazy fiction dreamed up by liberals so that ladies can keep slutting around all the time.” And don't tell me Obama is for partial-birth abortions. That's crap and you know it.

Like I wasn't already convinced, I went to an event with my favorite Senator yesterday and he was talking about serving with McCain in the Senate. Sen. Reid said McCain doesn't have the temperament to be President. (we know this. McCain supporters, don't pretend its not true) He also said you'd be hard pressed to find a senator who McCain hasn't offended.

Just for fun. Here's another example:
"The thought of [McCain] being president sends a cold chill down my spine...He is erratic. He is hotheaded. He loses his temper and he worries me."
Who said this? Nope, not a dem, but Sen. Thad Cochran, Republican.

Here's a 90-second recap.

I'm out knocking doors every week for Obama. ANd guess what? Obama is beating McCain in Nevada and CQPolitics has Nevada "leaning Obama" now. And if McCain/Palin squeak through to the white house by some lapse in the universes, I'm following Tina Fey out of town.
